To achieve health benefits join a cycling club. There are numerous cycling clubs to opt from. Bike Studio Club is one of them which is located at Pakhowal Road, Ludhiana. Bike Studio club organize a cycle ride every Sunday morning from 6 a.m. and it stretches between 15 to 30 kms. It is a mini ride for those persons who are interested in cycle riding. At the end of every ride refreshment is given.
To participate in this marathon you just need to have your own bicycle. It is a free of cost marathon. This marathon starts from Bike Studio Club Store an ends at the same location.
